Ingredients
  1. 2 Medium Avocados ( Pitted,Peeled and Chopped)
  2. 1/2 Cup of Red Onion ( Chopped)
  3. 1Fresh Mango (Pitted,Peeled and Chopped)
  4. 1 1/2 Cups of Fresh Strawberries
  5. 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro
  6. 2 Tablespoons of Lime Juice
  7. Sea Salt
  8. Corn Chips Or Pita Chips
Instructions
  1. 1) Gently mash avocado
  2. 2) Rinse chopped red onion under water to remove sulfurous compounds
  3. 3) Fold in mango, strawberries,onions and cilantro
  4. 4) Season with sea salt and lime juice
  5. Serve with corn chips or pita chips
Notes
  1. For a bit of spice toss in 1 jalapeño
