Ingredients
  1. 4 Cups of Rolled Oats
  2. 2/3 Cups of Flaxseeds
  3. 1 3/4 OZ of shelled Walnuts
  4. 1 3/4 OZ of shelled Pistachios
  5. 1 3/4 OZ of whole Almonds
  6. 1/4 cup of regular Quinoa
  7. 2 teaspoons of Vanilla extract
  8. 3 tablespoons of Ovaltine
Per Portion
  1. 2/3 of Milk (your choice: Cow,Goat,Soya,Nut)
  2. 3 OZ of Berries ( Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries)
Instructions
  1. In a blender, simply blend the oats, flaxseed, and all the nuts, quinoa, vanilla extract, and ovaltine until fine and combined,
  2. Store porridge powder into a airtight jar
  3. This will be used ready to use whenever you like.
  4. When you want a portion, simply place 1 3/3 OZ of porridge mixture in a small pan with 2/3 cups of milk. Stop regularly for 3 mins on medium-low heat.
